FINE DINING IN SALEM OREGON

Bentley's Grill, our Salem Oregon restaurant, offers comfortable fine dining in an elegant atmosphere in the heart of downtown Salem. The menu features Northwest ingredients with items to include fresh seasonal seafood, artfully presented salads and choice steaks served nightly. Our show kitchen features a brick oven for artisan pizzas and a rotisserie for tender chicken and choice beef entrees. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, serving clientele ranging from professionals to families with children. Bentley's lounge and wine bar is an incredible place to relax and unwind.

Our bar features the Willamette valley's largest array of premium liquors. We offer a wide selection of small batch bourbons and single malt scotch whiskies, over 25 vodkas and a large selection of cognacs and after dinner liqueurs. Bentley's wine bar is highlighted by a state of the art wine-keeper which uses nitrogen to keep open wine bottles fresh and oxygen free. Our wine list emphasizes Northwest and domestic labels and features over 40 wines by the glass and more than 120 wines by the bottle.
