Our show kitchen features a brick oven for artisan pizzas and a rotisserie for tender chicken and choice beef entrees. Our lounge bar features the Willamette valley's largest array of premium liquors. We offer a wide selection of small batch bourbons and single malt scotch whiskies, over 25 vodkas and a large selection of cognacs and after dinner liqueurs. Bentley's wine bar is highlighted by a state-of-the-art wine keeper, which uses nitrogen to keep open wine bottles fresh and oxygen free. Our wine list emphasizes Northwest and domestic labels, featuring over 40 wines by the glass and more than 120 red and white wines by the bottle.
